About Tom Desmond

Tom is a naturally ultra-competitive individual. He likes to rip everything apart, study all the pieces, fix the kink in the chain, and forge ahead with a new and improved process. This kind of drive combined with the constant craving for business development lead him to the world of online marketing. Tom built several 20,000 page directories in competitive markets and drove them to the top of Google where they were eventually discovered and bought by a larger company. Looking for a new challenge, he focused on law firm marketing. When asked why, he said, “There’s a fantastic win-win opportunity here. About Nick Kringas

Nick is just as competitive as Tom when it comes to pushing clients’ sites to the top. After graduating from Syracuse University with double majors in finance and entrepreneurship, Nick partnered with his family to open a Greek restaurant in the heart of Westchester County, New York. After taking an overpriced SEO course and blending innovation with the techniques he’d learned, Nick got the restaurant’s website to the #1 spot for the extremely broad term Greek restaurant. Hungry for another Internet marketing challenge, Nick started building, ranking, racing, and testing websites like a mad scientist. Nick was hooked on SEO. Even his wife, Stacey, says that she’s never seen him work on anything with such passion. He was up for days, sitting behind six computer screens and never coming up for air. His passion drew him from the restaurant business and into the ever-changing world of SEO (Niko’s, his restaurant, is now in the capable hands of his mom, dad, and brother).
